"The dosage is only 3mg of Melatonin, but I sleep better than other brands' 10mg doses, and I wake fully rested without being groggy. If I do wake during the night I fall right back to sleep. I have been taking Melatonin for several years now. This product is by far the best I have ever tried and I recommend it to anyone who is already taking Melatonin or contemplating taking it."
